Baseball:

How to throw a Breaking Ball

WHAT does this site do and WHO is it for?

This site is designed for the young baseball pitcher who already has mastered the fastball (or straight-ball) and wishes to learn the correct way to throw a breaking ball. There are a number of breaking balls and this site will offer instructions on how to throw almost all of them. According to professional coaches and scouts, if a young player learns to throw a breaking ball incorrectly, at too early of an age, they may seriously damage their arm. This site teaches how to throw a change-up as well as many other pitches such as the curveball.
